Our Tuesday Fresh Claim Surgery was created for people seeking asylum who have been refused by the asylum system and who do not know what to do next. Anybody who is seeking asylum in the UK is welcome and can be sure that he/she will be provided with a warm atmosphere and helpful advice. At this point, it needs to be clarified that we do not give any legal advice concerning immigration policies. That is because a qualified person, a solicitor/barrister is the only person allowed to provide such advice.
However, having years of experience in working with vulnerable people, we are able to help with some issues concerning seeking asylum in the UK. Therefore, any person seeking asylum who visits us on Tuesday will meet other people in a similar situation and will have a chance to share experiences. In hope, through that and through meeting other people involved with RAPAR, he/she will be able to develop further skills necessary to improve their situation in the future.
